Before beginning his career in hearing healthcare, Bill served 20 distinguished years in the U.S. Navy as a Senior Chief Hospital Corpsman, holding diverse clinical and leadership roles from Okinawa to Operation Desert Storm. His extensive military service instilled in him a deep sense of discipline, empathy, and commitment to patient care — values that continue to define his approach today.
In 1993, Bill founded Advanced Hearing Systems in Virginia Beach, where he has been serving the Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads communities for over three decades. Licensed in Virginia and nationally certified, Bill has become a trusted name in hearing healthcare, known for his expertise, compassion, and client-centered care.
Bill’s commitment to service extends far beyond his clinic. As a member of the Southside Lions Club in Chesapeake, he has dedicated countless hours to community service, working to provide affordable hearing aids to those in need. His outstanding humanitarian contributions earned him the prestigious Melvin Jones Fellow Award — one of the highest honors in the Lions Club International organization.
