Celebrating 30 Years of Providing Exceptional Hearing Aid Service
Unbeknownst to me, my daughter, Brianna Campbell, and Shirley mailed a letter to you announcing our 30 year anniversary. It included a greeting card to allow you the opportunity to share a memory or kind word about us and the services we’ve provided you.
Some of you were concerned I may be retiring from my second career as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Let me reassure all of you, I am not retiring! At least not anytime soon.
We are extremely humbled and grateful that so many of you took the time to express your gratitude for the positive impact we have had in your hearing health and relationships with your family and friends.
From the very beginning, our mission has been to improve the quality of life for individuals experiencing hearing loss. By providing a comfortable, family friendly atmosphere that encourages dialog, we get to know one another and are better able to meet your needs and expectations. “Seek first to understand, then to be understood.” The key to understanding is listening with the eyes and the heart. Your trust in our expertise and your commitment to better hearing have played a pivotal role in making our practice a cornerstone of the community.
To commemorate our 30th anniversary and as our way of thanking you for your trust and loyalty over these many years, we will be holding monthly drawings for everything from extended warranties on your hearing devices to fine dining restaurants to Amazon Gift Cards and whatever else we can think of. The anniversary year will culminate with a drawing for a free set of Oticon Real Hearing Devices.
Monthly mailings would be expensive, so we will try utilizing email and notifications on our website, www.virginiabeachhearing.com, to inform you of promotions and congratulate winners of the latest monthly drawing. Please call the office to make sure we have your correct email address. I’m sure there are a few of you out there that do not use a computer or utilize email. Let us know, and with your permission, we will use the email of a family member or close friend, and in some cases, we will be happy to advise you with a phone call or letter. We will never share your email address with anyone. If you’d rather not be contacted at all, we will honor those requests as well. Our first drawing will take place on Monday, July 31st, for a $250 gift certificate to Ruth’s Chris Steak House.
Once again, thank you for being an essential part of our journey. We cherish the relationships we have built with each and every one of you, and we are committed to serving you, our friends, with the utmost care and professionalism for many years to come.
